- We ship your order directly from Bali to your destination with UPS or FedEx International Priority 3 days delivery service.

- You could freely choose the items on our products to make it gold vermeil(24 karat gold), rose gold, black and white rhodium plating, black solid oxidation, any colour lacquer plating, anti tarnish also silver bright (non oxidized), whatever it is beads, findings and etc. Please write in comment field which items that you interested to make it vermeil or silver bright (non oxidized).

Terms & Conditions
1. Please make sure that your order is covered with adequate insurance. We will not be responsible for any loss and/or damaged goods once the package is sent through the shipping company.
2. We are not responsible for any typographical errors in the content of this web site including, but not limited to; pricing, specifications and items codes.
3. The shopping cart needs cookies enabled browser. If you have a problem with the shopping cart, please send your order by email to sales@bali-handmade.com or balihandmade@gmail.com
4. All prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Should there be a change to any item, or the total of items from an order, we will advise customers in the confirmation letter.
5. The beads pictured on this site are all handmade. Because of the nature of the process, no two are exactly alike and slight variations may occur. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown, although we try to keep the consistency as close to true as possible.
6. While we always keep a large range of stock, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at all times. Please understand that all of our beads are handmade products, therefore we sometimes experience delays that leave us temporarily out of stock on certain items.
7. We sell our product by piece and not by gram. The weight shown in this site is only for shipping references only.
8. We are not responsible for any injury caused by the wearing or using of our products.
9. Customers responsible for any customs fees or any other fees charged by government in their respective country in addition to the shipping fee. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that might be charged. Please check customs regulation in your country.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy (Not for Custom Order)
- We are committed to give you the best quality of our product and to fill your order accurately. Only very rare occasion items are not sent correctly or imperfect items are sent. However we cannot eliminate human errors completely. Please check all packaging carefully as soon as the order is delivered, before discarding packaging (box, envelope, etc). Claims will be handled per case basis, however this is the general information:
1. You may return the merchandise back to us if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product within no longer than 7 days upon received and the payment will be refunded in full amount. We are unable to accept any claim made after this time frame.
2. No return items will be accepted without prior approval.
3. We do not accept return/exchange/refund if customer changed their mind or items were mistakenly ordered. Kindly check carefully when ordering and recheck the items again in order confirmation email that was sent to confirm your order.
4. Any variations due to the nature of production are not considered defects. Such as: variation on oxidation, ornaments alignment, sizes, finishing or slight modification on forms. While every effort are made to make the consistency, these variations are to be expected with handmade products.
5. Please indicate the specific condition for any damage items. Advise the items code for any missing item in the order.
6. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on the exchange/return and possible customs charges that may occur when the items is return to Indonesia . All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. We only accept any returning package through Postal service and please write in the commercial invoice as REJECTED GOODS as value USD 0.
8. All sales are final on clearance/sale item.
